David Mears (Owner Director)
David Mears has been designing and developing websites for over 20 years, initially within a large UK corporate as part of their marketing department and leading up to the formation of Blue Flight Media in March 2011, working from 2006-2011 as a freelance web designer.
The experience enabled David to bring knowledge and expertise of not just web design, development, SEO and Social Media but also business acumen and business development skills.
David is also a qualified lecturer and spent five years lecturing in Further Education in Media, Graphics and ICT. David still enjoys using these skills when presenting on business courses and forums in the Essex area where he provides web design, Social Media and SEO guidance for local businesses.
David's primiary focus within Blue Flight Media is Business Development, an aspect which lead to David to becoming Director of the Business Networking International Braintree Chapter in Essex between 2011 and 2012.
David's vision for Blue Flight Media Ltd is simple:
To work with clients to professionally plan, design and develop websites that not only look great, but that are cost effective and integrated within an effective 24/7 marketing strategy.
Nik Baker (Web Developer)
Having joined the business in April 2011 as an Apprentice, Nik has proved to be a valuable addition to the Blue Flight Media Team with his no nonsense, can do attitude. In his spare time, Nik's all action approach is focused on the rugby field throughout the winter and on the cricket pitch through the summer.
Chris Gander (Owner Director)
Chris instigated the formation of Blue Flight Media which launched on 1st March 2011 due to his entrepeneurial spirit and having worked with David Mears on website projects for his other companies including Impossible Access Cleaning and Scheduled Conservatory Maintenance. Chris is an 'ideas' man and his contribution and Directorship constantly shapes Blue Flight Media into a vibrant, forward thinking company.
